当店の施術は、治療を目的としません。「医療法、薬事法、指圧師、はりきゅう師等に関する法律」に抵触することのない施術になります。

 

当店は風俗店ではございません、性風俗的なサービスは一切行っておりません。

 

下記のいずれかに該当する方、禁止行為を行った場合は施術を中止して退室いたします。

・重度の水虫や皮膚の病気をお持ちの方

・未成年者、暴力団関係者、薬物使用者、泥酔者

・セラピストへの触れる行為、品位に欠ける言動

・その他、当店が運営上不適切と判断した方

 

これらの行為による施術中止においては一切の返金に応じません、その他法律に触れる行いが発生した場合は即時所轄の警察署に通報いたします。

The treatments we provide are not intended to be medical treatments. They do not violate the Medical Care Act, the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act, or the Act on Shiatsu Therapists, Acupuncturists, and Moxibustion Therapists.

 

We are not an adult entertainment store and do not provide any sexual services.

 

If you fall under any of the following categories or engage in prohibited activities, the treatment will be stopped, and you will be asked to leave.

・Those with severe athlete’s foot or skin diseases

・Minors, gang affiliates, drug users, or intoxicated persons

・Acts of touching the therapist, inappropriate or disrespectful behavior

・Any other actions deemed inappropriate by our establishment for operational reasons

 

We will not issue any refunds for the suspension of treatment due to these actions. If any actions that violate the law occur, we will immediately report them to the appropriate police station.
