Our treatments are primarily a blend of oil massage and targeted muscle release.


Using the palms and forearms, we work across broad areas of the body, while the fingers and elbows are used to gently dissolve deeper tension. Stretching is incorporated when needed.


Our myofascial approach, performed with oil, is not forceful or aggressive. Instead, it relies on slow, steady, and consistent pressure. This helps restore the fascia’s natural fluid balance, improves tissue glide, and gradually increases the range of motion.


A light, enveloping lymphatic drainage technique is added to encourage gentle flow, and the session concludes with a dry head massage that helps regulate the autonomic nervous system and guides you into a deeper state of rest.
